The term ‘dementia’ is used to describe a syndrome which may be caused by a number of illnesses in which there is progressive decline in multiple areas of function. It is one of the most important issues we face as the population ages.
Hosted by the Next Business Generation, and organised by Medilink East Midlands and MindTech (NIHR MindTech Healthcare Technology Co-operative) this event is aimed at linking up local companies and other interested parties with health and wellness unmet needs, focusing on dementia.
The format of the event will be short presentations and an interactive workshop to encourage discussion and provide opportunities for collaboration.
